Great local manufacturing company in Muskogee, OK is in immediate need for Maintenance team members to start immediately!
Requirements
- Ability to set-up and operate: Horizontal Rail Mill, Vertical Mill, Milling Machine NC (Horizontal/Vertical), Engine Lathe, Drill Press, Grinder (Pedestal), Radial Arm Drill Press, Vertical Bandsaw, Horizontal Bandsaw, Surface Grinder, Heat Treat Oven, Rotary Table and Hardness Tester.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or shop drawings and use precision measuring instruments. Must furnish own tools such as micrometers, calipers and necessary hand tools.
- Ability to operate controls on the machines and perform the production processes needed to fabricate product parts (tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures). Ability to create jigs and fixtures for consistency of production parts with reference to scrap reduction and ergonomics.
- Material handling requires lifting up to 45 lbs; reaching out at arm’s length and/or up. Occasionally required to lift at shoulder height, or down; primary lifting, twisting, bending, or stooping is from waist high; some work performed at a sitting position, some pushing and pulling required.
- Demonstrate success in troubleshooting and problem solving with limited oversight and provide support to maintenance and other personnel.
- Able to perform clerical duties of organizing, both physical and digital documentation, area consumables and raw material is a plus.
